Review: Nice please super comfy, bathroom was with hair inside the shower, and in the walls :/, the a/c is not good enough

Review: nI recently stayed at this 3-star hotel, and while the exterior looked quite promising, the actual experience inside was a major letdown, especially if you’re considering booking a superior room. Check-in was delayed, and even then, the room still didn’t seem ready. There were no towels or floor mat provided, and it’s beyond me how they could release a room without the basic amenities in place. The bed sheet had visible stain, absolutely disgusting. The mattress was sagging and extremely uncomfortable, clearly not well-maintained. A simple step like flipping the mattress every few months could have helped, but it’s clear that doesn’t happen here. The room lacked basic items like hangers, the in-room phone didn’t work, and neither did the safety box, probably due to dead batteries. To make matters worse, the emergency exit plan posted on the door had the wrong room number, which could be dangerous in an actual emergency. The faucet in the bathroom even fell off at one point, and there was no daily cleaning service unless specifically requested. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were way below standard. The staff didn’t help improve the situation either. The receptionist was not welcoming or guest-oriented, and shockingly, they didn’t even ask for ID during check-in. The only positives? The location is strategic, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely won’t be returning in the future. If you're looking for a superior room experience, avoid this place at all costs.
