Review: I would not recommend this company or their apartments.nnTwo days after check-in, the rooftop pool was closed, and out of four buildings in the complex, only one pool remained open for everyone. The nearest beach was also closed, so it was impossible to fully enjoy the stay. Guests in nearby buildings even had unexpected power and water outages at night — overall, the management seemed very poor.nnThe service was equally disappointing. We received no check-in instructions, and communication was slow and confusing. On the day of departure, staff entered our apartment several times, and one woman spoke very rudely, demanding an unjustified fine for late check-out, even though their office had confirmed it earlier. To change towels, guests are required to carry the used ones to the office across the street and exchange them there — even if you’ve ordered cleaning. It’s inconvenient and doesn’t match the level of service expected in a resort complex.nnThe apartment itself was clean and had a beautiful view, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive part. Everything else — from organization and communication to basic service — was disappointing.
