Review: Luxury, good service, prime location!
Positive points: This was a condominium rental without breakfast. Location/view/amenities/cleanliness were great. Luna Sol staff were available to answer questions and address issues/requests via WhatsApp. Open-air taxi carts were available for short trips around Phu Quoc at 15,000 Dong per person. Grab and Xanh SM taxis were available for longer trips. NOTE: Room cleaning is every other day (every 2 days), not daily.
Negative points: Check-in and Check-out procedures/instructions were not clear to me. This is a condominium rental, and there is no hotel-style front/reception desk for guests to check-in and check-out . There is only a security guard at the entrance. NOTE: Contact Luna Sol via booking.com messaging and WhatsApp for instructions/procedures.
Positive points: First and foremost, the staff that I interacted with were helpful and responsive.nnThe apartment was a new, great facility, and the ocean view from the private balcony was spectacular.nnThere was even a washing machine in the unit

Positive points: We absolutely loved this apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning, and it was amazing watching shows and the fireworks from the comfort of this apartment. The building and all the furnishings in the apartment are of the highest quality. Views only got better from the rooftop pool…. Amazing!

Positive points: I had a very comfortable stay in this room. It was clean, modern, and fully equipped. What I loved the most was the amazing view—you can watch the sunset right from the balcony, and at night, the fireworks are clearly visible.nnThe location is convenient, close to many restaurants and entertainment spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the beautiful scenery, this is definitely a great choice!
Positive points: Totally enjoyed stay at this apartment. View, sunset, fireworks are perfect.
Negative points: Apartment is quite new (parts of building still under construction) so some things could be miising, like knife and forks, but you can easily ask host to get it.
