Review: The room is clean, new, functional. Extra bed was prepared before check-in. TV is equipped with Netflix. Great place to stay for family.

Positive points: Really enjoyed our stay . Staff were wonderful and helpful . Food was good . Had a big one bedroom suite and great value very comfortable and had a jacuzzi bath
Negative points: There was no real bar that served a variety of alcoholic drinks which would have been nice if you just wanted to stay in

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Manager Pete and front office staff Ying, who ensured a smooth experience. However, the breakfast was below average, with a limited spread that could be improved. Despite this, the warm hospitality and room comfort make it a great choice for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Bangkok.
Positive points: The suite was spacious and clean
Negative points: We booked a suite with sofa bed but actually it's just a 2 seater sofa, not a bed. Fortunately they provided an extra bed after we requested
Review: We are travelling around Asia and we splurged to stay at a nicer hotel. This looks like it was built as a condo building and converted to a hotel so it is like staying in a 2 bedroom condo. We really liked this. It is also across the street from a 2 huge mall complexes but quite a ways from downtown Bangkok.
Positive points: Awesome experience.
Review: It is an old hotel and it needs maintenance and some renovation. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is VERY limited.

Negative points: Service level is really low especially message details … otherwise all good. But one poor service quality crush you all unfortunately
Review: Staff is very friendly but very very bad cleaning service. We stay there for 4 nights and each day they come make the room, they only take the garage out only. They don’t mop or cleaning the room for us at all. Some day I have call and ask for bath towel and toilet paper refill. Room Is smiley very duty.

Review: Big Apartment Style Hotel with kitchen & Washing machine in my room, Apartment was spacious but few minor things needed attention, like remote or , deadbolt on door and safe not operating but other than that a nice room near Metro Train Station .
Positive points: Very Large Rooms and Close to Shopping Mall and MRT.
