Positive points: The host is very nice person, and he is very patient, the place is quite near to the beach, you can see the ocean right through your window or balcony, btw there’re ice cream and cokes for free! Very thoughtful idea!

Positive points: The seaside view with large balcony is excellent. The owner is very friendly. The breakfast and amenities are great. Located on a quiet street just a short walk to the night market and other venues. There isn’t an elevator but the property only has a few floors, the stairs aren’t bad, and the owner helped with the bags. A+

Positive points: Great location right on the beach. I definitely recommend booking a sea facing room with balcony. Sitting out there and watching the sunset was a highlight. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help out. Free delicious ice cream and soft drinks. nPlace was spotlessly clean.

Review: The location of this place is great, 3 mins walk to Kenting main street/night market, and right across the road from the beach. nOur room looked exactly like the photo, and had a great view of the ocean. nnThere is free soft drink/juice/ coffee on the first floor, as well as beach towels if you fancied a quick swim. Theres also free ice-cream! nService is exceptional, and the owner is very attentive. nnWould absolutely visit again. :)
