Review: The room and facilities are nice. Breakfast was good

Positive points: The place is beautiful
Dormitory are big, with wide beds, we don’t feel too close to other beds
They propose the Loop for good prices
The hostel is really nice, with good view, nice building

Review: Quite good looking hotel, located in the center, but poor management & service. There is a big WC with no doors for bathing area or no exhaust fan, so water just all over the floor. The room is large but cold as they did not turn on the AC. Breakfast was very poor and the staff service was suck. Could have been better if they focus much more on management & service.

Positive points: I stayed here the night before the Ha Giang loop. A newish hotel with great facilities but still a few teething issues. It was cold and there was no heating, as that had not been fully connected. They kindly offered more duvets, which was appreciated. The bathroom was all digital that took a little time to work out the toilet flushing. May have been me. Good location but there is a long slope to carry luggage after being dropped off by the bus. Nowhere to wander out to that I could see but taxis are cheap. The staff (Tina) were very helpful and arranged my Ha Giang tour and even lent me a pair of gloves for the motorbike. I would definitely stay here again.

Review: We stayed here for 1 night after the Ha Giang loop. The room was nice and spacious with decent facilities, however there was only one lamp in the room that barely cast any light. Everything in the room was very clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant that night - very basic space which looked like it could do with a deep clean, but service was still good and ideal for an easy meal.

The hotel is quite a way out of Ha Giang, which didn’t cause us any issues but worth noting if you plan to explore the area. Also the nearest ATM is about 2km away.

I’m not sure if this is a recurring issue but whilst it was advertised that we could pay by card, the card machine didn’t work at the hotel so had to pay cash. This wasn’t an issue but is one to be aware of given the distance to the ATM!

Overall a good stay on a budget, and was ideal for a one night layover.

Positive points: We where verly lucky to find this place. Everyone was very helpful and super Kind to us. We got invited into an awesome new years Party with all the locals and even free food. Our stay was super. We would come again any time.

Review: We had a great room 60sq m. With a spa and electric toilet and huge deck. It’s a new place with dorms as well and two great pools and big pool table area. Unfortunately the staff need some training. They mean well but aren’t up to scratch . Breakfast was basic, but adequate. But it’s a Km walk into town for anything other tHan basic takeaway food.

Positive points: It is brand new and beautiful! Tina who works at the front was so nice and so helpful.

Positive points: The staff was more than helpful! We lost our bag on route to another city and they helped us find it eventhough they had nothing to do with it. Would highly recommend!
