LoLi Apartment

Negative points: Đặt được ở booking, gọi điện thì lại bảo hết phòng, lừa đảo ah?

Negative points: Đặt phòng trước nửa tháng cho đã, xong đến mai nhận p thì tối đó hỏi ks thì bảo đã cho ng khác thuê, bảo là còn 2 phòng 2 giường ở được ko trong khi nhà mình đặt cho tận 14 người, nói chuyện không được thì đổ lỗi cho khách, nói chung thái độ phục vụ rất tệ.nnThe customer service is very bad, the owner’s behavior is very terrible, he always blames on his customer although it was their fault. I book a house for 14 people in my family. But the night before check in, i called them and they said they had let someone else rent it, but didn’t mind to phone me or text me a message. It doesn’t worth to stay here.
