L’Escape, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Seoul Myeongdong

Review: Stayed here for 7 days. Initially requested for twin beds but there were none available so we had a king bed. Room is comparably huge. There was plenty of closet space, a mini bar and ref, smart tv, smart lighting and curtains, and a huuuuuge bathroom and vanity. The shower and toilet (with bidet) were separate from the tub.nBed was nice and firm, pillows were great. We could control the room temp so when it was really hot we were able to adjust accordingly. nWould stay here again!

Positive points: A luxe experience, conveniently located near the Namdaemun market, a good option for tourists.nnThe breakfast was divine and the entire space is beautifully decorated.nnI needed a steamer for my clothes and they provided that promptly.nnThe claw foot bathtub was lovely.

Review: I spent a lot of time looking for good hotels in Seoul and this one was the first one that I booked and it definitely did not disappoint. This is such a classy and sophisticated hotel. Everything is created with utmost care and intent to service its guests. The hostess was super friendly and even offered us an early check-in which was great because no other hotel gave us that in Seoul. We booked a Suite room with Club lounge access and that’s a must if you choose this property. They have a beautiful library with books from the 1900s. Location is quite great and very close to Myeondong. Overall highly recommend this hotel and do not even think twice before booking it!

Positive points: Convenient location near Seoul station and Myeongdong markets. Pretty easy walk to many of the palaces. Beautiful rooms and very kind and helpful staff

Review: We enjoyed our stay so much at this hotel and plan to book the spring 2026 Korea visit at the same hotel again.nnI had left a pair of sunglasses, truth religion on the sofa (main level lobby). Please keep it for me so that I can pick it up next spring. The room we checked out today was 1901. Thank you very much.

Positive points: Beautiful French Inspired Hotel right near Shingsae, close to the Tower, and 16 minutes from the Palace.. nGorgeous Lobby.. and suites.

Review: L'Escape is the most memorable hotel stay. The décor is luxurious and cozy with a murder mystery vibe but more modern than any Parisian stay I've been to. The staff were extremely professional and helpful through out our stay and gave us some excellent recommendations for food. I could not ask for a better stay and hope to be back in the future.

Review: 특유의 분위기를 가지고 있는 곳이라 주기적으로 찾게 되는 곳입니다. 위치적으로 주변 편의시설을 이용하기에도 좋습니다. 다만 초기와 달리 샤워기의 상태나 문고리의 상태 등 점점 미흡한 부분이 많아지는 것 같아 아쉽습니다. 체크인 시 주요 시설 등을 미리 점검한 후 이용하면, 추후 늦은 시간에 발생하는 불편불쾌한 상황을 막을 수 있을 것 같습니다.

Review: Weird layout of room. Toilet shower area was badly designed with lack of privacy and long the walkway of room.nnAlso the red curtains were a bit too much. The light though was terrible. nnExtremely dim.

Review: My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the Boutique Home Presidential Suite, and it was an exceptional experience. The suite was beautifully designed, immaculate, and wonderfully quiet. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the housekeeping service was truly top-notch. nnThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient—situated right across from the Synsege Department Store, Namdaemun Market, and a subway station, making exploring the city effortless. We were fortunate to book the suite at an excellent discounted rate, and without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again for our next stay.
