Positive points: Great location, I was worried that it might be inconvenient to be on an island, but it was no problem at all, they run the boat back and forth constantly and it drops you right on the walking path 5 minutes walk to the downtown. Staff was so friendly, everything was great. Facilities were perfect. River view room was neat, you could see the boats floating by, not necessary, but cool. The resort has their own floating market tour boats, the boats are nicer than the normal ones you see at the market, our guide was great.

Review: The resort needs to be maintained.nThe plumbing system is very poor. Very hard if you want to wash your hair, and the water comes very little and slowly. The resort has one main swimming pool only and under maintenance. (so they give us a complimentary 2-course meal but a smaller size than breakfast)n So we have nothing to do except to sleep or go to the town. nAlso a lot of mosquitoes and insects.nWith this condition, I don't think value for money to book this resort. n

Review: The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and even though the resort is under maintenance, they still offer other activities, so it's acceptable.

Positive points: The individual cottages, the frequent boat service, the food was fresh & well prepared, the staff was very helpful and communicated frequently prior to our stay

Review: The hotel is located in a private area, everything is wonderful, the breakfast has few dishes but is very delicious, and all the serving staff are lovely. I will come back.

Positive points: The perfect place to disconnect. Everything about this resort is peaceful. The staff was really nice. My whole family enjoyed it.

Positive points: Beautiful property that absolutely made our stay in Can Tho - we stayed for 3 nights but wish we’d had one more day! If we’d stayed in a hotel in Can Tho, we probably wouldn’t have loved the place … the staff at Azerai were so kind, 5 star service and a special experience being our first 5 star hotel stay! The rooms are immaculate and just as pictured. Worth coming to Can Tho for!

Positive points: The hotel breakfast buffet was cooked to order. The food was delicious and fresh.

Review: Everything is fine, I'm very satisfied, but if the following parts could be improved, I might visit repeatedly.nn1. The buffet is not diverse, lacking local dishes and local pastries.nn2. There are too few activities for guests more outdoor activities could be added as the yard is still very spacious. The Kids Club is too small and doesn't have many toys for the children.

Positive points: On the bright side, the resort's Western-style architecture was impressive, especially the Pavilion hall, which was spacious and well-kept. The boat ride to the island where the resort is located was definitely the highlight of my stay.

Review: My family vacations a lot, but when we arrived at Azarai, we couldn't find anything to criticize. The staff in all positions were professional, attentive, and considerate to every detail. The breakfast was of high quality and exquisite.nnThe only downside is that the food from the menu is quite expensive compared to other 5-star hotels, but everything else was wonderful!

Review: The small family's summer vacation in Vietnam is just 20 days, divided among many destinations: Hue, Lang Co, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Da Lat, and Hanoi. One night in Can Tho and Azerai brought a miracle. There was only joy, enjoyment, and sincere friendliness alongside complete comfort, cleanliness, refinement, and attention to detail. The food was amazing! We proudly shared our experience with friends and relatives, hoping they too would experience the feelings we did! See you again, Azerai Can Tho.

Positive points: What a jewel, it felt so nice to be on the island. We didn't explore Can Tho much, we did take a boat to the floating markets which was great. The river is somehow both busy and serene, the pool is great, and most importantly we thought the food was amazing. Got to try so many specific dishes that would normally take a lot of effort to seek out across the country, and I found it all to be fresh and flavorful. Everyone that works there is lovely.
