Review: Love everything from the villa. Great service from everyone from the Villa since day 1. Truly a great experience with 5 ⭐️ service by Eka, Cahyadi, Cemplon, Angga & Wahyu! And the frontdesk team as well!

Review: We had a grand time staying at this hotel. The villa was so nice. We had our privacy. Nobody bothered us. The beds were so comfy. The place was so nice nice nice!
Positive points: Very nice accommodations. Excellent service and very friendly staff.
Negative points: Something made my son sick, presumably the food.
Review: Absolutely loved Le JARDIN villas it was like living in paradise for an amazing price too, the staff were so beyond lovely and we will definitely be staying there next time we are in Bali.

Negative points: Horrible upkeep especially Wifi - they don’t seem to want to fix it, it’s a set of lies every day - you can’t depend on them for wifi at all.nnI don’t know why the owners of this property don’t fix this issue?
Review: I can’t emphasize the hospitality of the hotel staff here. Very comfortable stay. The villas are Balinese traditional style so there will be a few mosquitos/lizards in the washroom as it is open concept however, since we loved to immerse ourselves in their culture, we actually welcomed it.
Positive points: The villa service is good, and the staff are friendly. It is 4 mins walk to the beach and there are fair amount of dining restaurant options nearby.
Negative points: I was expecting a huge swan float like the pictures in our villa 😁
Review: Nice villa, recommend for swimming pool and luxurious feel. Jacuzzi cannot be used, but otherwise super.
Positive points: The hosts at this property were extremely accommodating! I was celebrating my birthday and was able to have a flower pool set up. Their team also brought me a cake, sang to me, and made sure I made a wish before blowing out the candles. Everyone is extremely kind, and the villa itself was absolutely amazing! This property is in a really great location and is walkable to restaurants and bars. I loved that they had incense burning throughout to keep mosquitos away. Great for solo travelers!
Review: Great place , excellent location
Positive points: Staff were amazing. Location was perfect near the beach and close to shops and Seminyak townn.
Negative points: The air conditioner in the bedroom was not cold and was blowing hot air. Also too much light coming into our bedroom as no cover above ceiling. I wish we had towels shaped like animals on the bed.

Negative points: We booked a 2-bedroom villa but ended up all staying in one bedroom downstairs. The property is not kid-friendly (for children under 5 years old). We didn’t feel safe leaving the kids in their own bedroom upstairs, especially with the balcony and open bathroom and stage steps. nnThe images shown on Booking are misleading. We stayed with our 2- and 4-year-old children, and the pool is very close to the living room, which made it feel unsafe. On the first day, our kids slipped on the floor, and both suffered from severe bug bites that didn’t seem to be from mosquitoes.nnThe pictures on the Booking listing are much more flattering than the reality of the villa.nnOn a positive note, the staff were wonderful.nnOverall, not good value for money!.
Review: Really love the suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Positive points: Perfect location! 5 minutes away walking to the beach. Very clean and service was really good. We also had free 15 minutes massage before we checked out. I loved it and definitely coming back again.
Negative points: Maybe the food. I can rate the breakfast 6/10.
Review: No manager on site, dirty dated Villas, BUGS! Most of the staff doesn't speak English. No final bill and they kept charging my card. Food was absolute trash! Tub was dirty. Absolute disaster.
Positive points: Honestly, for as much as I was charged to stay here, I was disappointed when I actually set foot in the villa. It didn't take long to spot the flaws. I certainly agree with the other reviews stating that the villa looks run down. The interior could use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture. At night, drain flies would swarm the walls of the outside bathroom so their drains definitely need tending to. Aesthetics aside, the staff was nice and made sure that I had everything I needed. My favorite person was their driver, Sudarma--such a kind man. Also, location is great! Close to beaches and just a couple minutes drive/ride into the center of Seminyak.
Negative points: The overall look of the interior. The aesthetic just doesn't match the cost of the stay. Needs a major face lift.
