Negative points: It's summer and the aircon is not working well. Or maybe it's working, but it is not too powerful. Maybe they could change it. It's a little hot to sleep in the afternoon and at night.

Positive points: location near the beach, breakfast restaurant next door. Cleaning staff kept our room clean.

Negative points: The location next to a BBQ restaurant which meant the higher priced balcony provided the smell of BBQ sauce rather than the ocean from noon to eve. The counter staff oversold services. they sold me water activities at a far away beach that the vendor could not deliver after I arrived. And on the way to the vendor, I passed by another beach that had these same water activities closer to the hotel. Oh, and the rental scooter was more expensive and older than what I could have found down the street from the hotel. no pool, no laundry. For just $280 more per night, I could have stayed at the waterfront Chateau Beach resort hotel just a block away. And enjoy their many outdoor activities, pool and laundry.

Review: Room was clean. Shower was hot. Bed was comfortable. Has HBO and a few english channels on the tv. nMinor critiques would be some new sheets and towels.

Positive points: The place was spacious and clean. Staff were nice. I had my dog with me in the room which cost extra 300nt a night.

Negative points: There were some ants when I arrived in room. After killing them a bit none other showed up. Room and bathroom was a bit out dated. Soundproofing is pretty bad.
