Review: Very good hotel, our room was upgraded to a bigger one on arrival. Very good location, and nice breakfast

Positive points: The rooms are good, and the beds are comfortable. The cleaning could be a bit more thorough, but it’s just small details. The WiFi in my room wasn’t the best, but I was in the last room down the hall. I recommend booking through Booking.com for the best price. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!

Positive points: The rooms could use a bit more attention to detail and cleanliness in some areas. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Unfortunately, the staff member who welcomed us in the evening didn’t speak English, which made check-in a bit more complicated due to a few misunderstandings. That said, the location is very convenient if you enjoy exploring on foot — perfect for long walks around the city.

Review: Hotel did not well managed the booking and overbooked. Requested me to change to another hotel but i have rejected. The hotel is not wellnmaintain. Everything is look old and the bed is hard to sleep. Breakfast also with the limited choices. Never book this hotel again.

Review: I was a first time visitor to Hanoi. Perhaps I did not spend enough time researching and relied too much on pictures and reviews on Agoda. For a budget travel, this is probably gonna be ok. But if you are looking for nice clean hotel that you feel safe and comfortable in, do make a bit more research or pay a little more.

Review: A basic hotel for a couple of nights , nothing fancy or superb. The staff never responded back to my questions on agoda. Overall okaish experience

However, the beds were quite firm, the shower had a leak, and the water temperature fluctuated between cold and very hot. The rooms weren’t very soundproof—you could hear everything in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty simple and could definitely be better.
