Review: it was a very small room that no windows, no air circulation

Review: Darkroom light. I informed the female staff member that if the hotel phone couldn't contact the front desk, she should use a corded phone to get in touch. However, I tried that and when I asked her to check, she didn’t provide any assistance or alternative solutions. The soundproofing is ineffective when someone walks to the front desk, I can hear them, and also there are cafes nearby playing loud music until 10 PM.

Positive points: nothing to like this Hotel

Review: The room is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and warm, the hotel is easy to find, located right on the main road and near hospitals. However, the fragrance in the room or the air freshener is too strong and it gives me a headache, even after going to Circle K to buy some air freshener to spray it still doesn’t help 🥹

Review: My friend and I booked to go to a concert, and the hotel is about 2km away from the venue, which makes it convenient for us to move around. Our schedule is a bit awkward, but the staff still supports us very enthusiastically. The room seems a bit small even though we booked a room with a large bed and it feels a bit cramped because there is no window (probably because I noted to get a non-smoking room), but everything else is okay. Is it possible for the hotel to change the direction of the mirror or put something to cover the mirror? Because in my room, the mirror is right across from the bed.

Review: The room is very tight and especially we can't take the shower normally due to the sewer problem with very very small hole in the bathroom to let the water to go through ! Each time we take the shower we have to wait every 3 minutes until we finish taking shower to avoid the water go out to the room ! very very inconvenient. We complain about it, but nothing the staff can do since the hotel is very old and they all know about the problem and said that the owner needs to remodel the bathrooms for the hotel!
