10.0 Great stay for a group of travelers - Sarah 02-04-2025

Review: We had a wonderful stay at Kubuu during Bali's Nyepi. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well fed and comfortable. The pool is lovely and the rooms are great. Air con, good wifi, hot and cold shower, and friendly people. Great view from the pool too. The staff helped us arrange a ride to Kawa Ijen in Bali, then on to Bondowoso. Would stay here again! Close to the beach where you can snorkel from the shore!

10.0 Great stay in Pemuteran! - Safira 24-01-2025

Positive points: We stayed at the newer building which was located +/- 1mins walk from the original/main building, but still within the same vicinity. The overall room was great & spacious, they paid so much attention to little details such as preparing 'welcoming flowers' on the bed with our names on it. The amenities were sufficient, they provided electric kettle, coffee & tea, with some complimentary fresh fruits. The highlights of our stay: 1) the pools (they have 2 in each areas), 2) the breakfast & overall menu at the restaurant, 3) very friendly staff. Overall great stay!

Negative points: Since we stayed on the new building, we had to walked to & from the restaurant for breakfast or any other meals. It was fine as we got to pass some local houses on the way, but could be slightly uncomfortable when it was raining (which was quite often throughout our stay). Also since they provided no phone from the room, if we need something or if there is somekind of emergency, it wouldn't be that easy to reach the front office or any other staff, for assistance/help.

4.4 Many insects and the tower is dirty - Xiaoyu 25-03-2024

Review: There are a lot of insects in the bathroom and even on bed. I was bite by the ant on bed. Also bad shower, no hot water. Bad experience, we even want to change hotel on the second day.
