Positive points: Pham was really helpful
Positive points: It is in a quiet community, very close to the beach. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy daily necessities and food materials. The construction method is unique. The staff are friendly and can respond to your needs at any time via whatsapp

Positive points: I think the place was well furnished and really comfortable for the price. I had to work on my computer during the day and I didn't have any issues during the week. I also liked the fact that the kitchen was functional. I liked the location as I was able to find many interesting local restaurants and coffee shops at a walking distance. It's very near the beach and still in a quiet street with no traffic.
Review: The room was really nice even though the AC wasn’t cool enough. But everything was fine. There’s washing machine but the hotel didn’t provide drying racks, but in the last day we found there’s drying racks on the rooftop. You could rent a bike from the staff and it’s pretty cheap.

Review: This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which I like. But it’s still quite close to the beach so it was perfect for me and my partner. The staff were also accommodating, thank you. The only thing is, sometimes we would get stinky smell in the bathroom. Especially when the power goes out. But overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Negative points: It was a bit of a touchy story. No one cleaned our room during a week's stay until we asked for it ourselves on the 7th day. The thing is, the hotel was kind enough to take us in with a cat. The cat is a Sphynx. For those who do not know - sphynxes without hair, but under stress and heat can excrete sweat, brown in colour. Given that no one had changed the bed linen in the pet friendly hotel for a week - she got dirty. Pretty badly. As a result, the hotel cleaning service was unable to launder the bed linen. (according to the manager). On the one hand I am responsible for the cat. On the other side is customer focus. I was put in front of the fact that I had to pay for a new set of linen for $45, while the bed linen was changed after cleaning to a set with torn pillowcases, and the set that the cat soiled was with a duvet cover with a blanket sticking out of it, and it was impossible to put it inside.
Positive points: The apartment is clean and airy. Fully furnished, with a private washing machine inside the apartment. Quiet space, internet speed is very good for my work. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. There are many restaurants and supermarkets next to this building. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, but no problem. Everything was great during my stay. Thanks for the help
