Kope House Ubud

Positive points: Feel like home!! Close to many shops and restaurants.. May feel little difficult to find the house but exactly center of Ubud and near to monkey forest.. walking distance.. breakfast is good…especially their 2 cute lil puppies..!! Friendly people..

Review: Location is excellent, however lacks in cleanliness. Budget friendly. There are two rooms on ground floor run by a family. Rooms are spacious but are not airy and hardly you will receive sunlight.

Review: This place is basically a home stay. Buy better than most of the hotels out there in Ubud. The people are nice and bathroom is pretty decent with good limited breakfast. Had a good time with their puppy 🐶 chocky . Really wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately their rooms were booked. Looking forward to stay with them soon

Positive points: The room was even bigger and better in person. We were so surprised and pleased. Very relaxing since it’s in a narrow street about 10seconds walk from the main street. Perfect location.
And the people managing the place took really good care of us. They may not be 100% fluent in english yet but their warm welcome gave us the best experience. You can feel the great vibe of each and everyone of them. We’ll be back for sure

Review: Very nice. Quiet area but close to everything. Can walk to monkey forest. Owners are very hospitable. Bed was comfortable. Very clean as well. Breakfast was pancakes or eggs, toast coffee or juice, all were delicious. Would recommend to anyone

Positive points: The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was clean. It is located just in the center of Ubud, near the cafes and Ubud palace.

Review: The room is behind the house of the owner. They have build two rooms and that's the homestay. No other facilities. The day we went, aircond was not working properly and they repair it on that day itself. We were informed that breakfast is included but they only served the breakfast for one day. We stayed there for two nights. Overall a decent stay but not really worth the price paid.

Positive points: Very cozy, middle of Ubud center, close to many restaurants, stores, and spas. Family was very friendly and room was in great condition.

Review: I really have a pleasant stay in here. Breakfast sedap sangat. Ibu, bapak sama ariz baik sangat. They're really warm and feel like a family. Room is always cleans and so comfortable. Really recommended this place.

Review: Great location in Ubud, walkable to many attractions. There is noise from live music in nearby restaurants but it will stop by 11pm. No trouble sleeping at all. Wish they had some hooks in the bathroom to hang towel and provided a hairdryer. But otherwise, great stay.

Positive points: I loved everything! This was the cleaniest place I've ever stayed in Bali!
The hosts were extremely nice, the location is perfect, the wifi is great for zoom calls, the breakfast is amazing. The furniture is new, everything is new. The clean the accomodation eqch single day and put so much care about it.
Next time when I go to Ubud, will stay there for sure!

Positive points: If you are looking for a super-comfortable and exceptionally clean place in a center of the an action but bit off the main street for a peace and quiet where you can comfortably interact with the most amazing hosting family who are happy to share the culture if you are up for it, make you feel very comfortable or absolutely autonomous and not disturbed (if that’s what you are after), that’s your spot!
Absolutely loved staying there and surely recommend it 🙂

Positive points: Beautiful family, amazing breakfast, PERFECT location, has everything you need! Wanted to extend a night but they were fully booked- with reason! A monkey came to visit us for breakfast! :D
