Review: This place is very cheap and convenient if you have an early flight. Bed was very hard and dirty.

Positive points: Just about 10-15 minutes walk from the airport. The host (Le) speaks English very well and she is very friendly and helpful.

Negative points: All was fine.

Positive points: Really nice staff, had everything I needed whilst staying there and a mini shop downstairs is a nice touch if you don’t want to go out anywhere to shop.

Negative points: Only issue was the aircon was leaking, I brought this up to the staff and we agreed to put a couple of towels on the floor, it didn’t cause a huge inconvenience, though I could hear it dripping throughout my stay. I’m sure this is something that will be fixed for the next arrival.

Review: Below the house is a grocery store, making it very convenient for shopping, and 50 meters away is a market with a variety of items. The room is fully equipped with appliances from a kettle to a hairdryer. The room is clean.

Review: Great location if flying next day, as it is situated next to the airport. Many good cafes and places to eat in the neighbourhood. The place is newly refurbished and was very clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly.

Con, which was not a problem for us, that our room didn't have a any windows, only a small one in the bathroom which couldn't open enough to ventilate properly.

Overall, great value for money, we definitely recommend it.

Positive points: Very close to the airport, walkable distance.

Negative points: There was fungus and mold on the wall NEXT to the bed. This is so unhealthy!
In the bathroom there was NO glass in the window, so a lizard popped in along with a cockroach!

Review: It's cheap and easy to get to and from the airport. Beds are rock hard and quite basic room. Overall if you don't care about the bed and a windowless room it's fine for a night. Lots of places to eat and drink coffee close by. Nice people and helpful.

Review: Nice owners and great locatjon if you're catching a flight. Clean place and has a little shop downstairs if you get hungry and don't fancy going out. Little bit hard to find though as it looks more like a shop from the outside than a hotel.

Positive points: It is basic but for the money we pay, it is very good value. The lady is very helpful and can speak English . She gives good advice on transport with general costing. The room was clean and we had a good sleep after arriving at midnight. Bathroom, bedsheets and room was well cleaned.

Negative points: Nothing as we understood when we booked that this double room has no window. There are windows in other rooms. It was only for one night as a stopover to Hoi An.
