Positive points: Location was right by the night market which we attended every night! Two 7 11's are nearby. Near the beaches. Friendly people, good restaurants. Near express bus.

Negative points: It was mostly good. We could have had more tea selections. The key card on the wall was falling off.

Positive points: The location is right near the busy night market area, and very convenient to run out for a snack or a cup of coffee. Even with this close proximity, the sound-proofing was excellent and we slept well at night. It's also close enough to walk to sit near the beach, we brought our breakfast there each morning and enjoyed the view.rnrnOur family size room was large and there were enough beds for everyone. Yeah! Kids even had a nice table space to do homework.

Negative points: Though the room had been cleaned, it was not thorough and things are not updated on a regular basis. Expect to see mold in the bathroom, ants crawling around the trash, wall cancer on the walls, and plenty of dust under the beds. If you are not an immaculate housekeeper yourself and can overlook these things, then this place is excellent value for your money. rnrnThe AC in the room worked, sort of. It would shut itself off after an hour or two and we would have to get up and turn it on again. It helped that our room was partially underground, so it stayed cool, even when we turned off the AC during the day.rnrnThis is highly touristy area and prices reflect that. Expect to pay 30-50% more for EVERYTHING in the night market and restaurants located along this strip. Even though the night market is large, it is basically the same general stalls repeated over and over selling the same items, so the selection is actually rather limited. This is not the B&B's fault, just a general comment on the area.

Review: The rooms were clean and it is very accessible to Kenting Street. However, the flushing system was a little old and at risk of choking during our stay.

Review: Compared to the price, it’s a steal. Nothing fancy, but a nice room with a good shower, a comfortable bed, a large flatscreen TV and a fridge. It’s located right next to the night market strip, but there’s absolutely no noise.

Review: Location is great. A few steps to the night market, and no noise from the night market when in room. Room size is good n clean. Only a few steps to the lobby, and i think all rooms are on level 1. Hot and clean water disperser just outside the room. Bed is comfortable and we do have a good night rest. Overall recommended.
