Negative points: This property is clearly overpriced. Shiny property but missing on basics - room didn’t have closet space or safe. Coffee is not included in breakfast. The charge you for coffee even when breakfast is “included”. Staff are helpful but not trained well (as other reviewers have pointed out).

Positive points: Beautiful sea view from the room which is very nicely designed. The coffee bar downstairs where breakfast is served is also very stylish and trendy. Just around the corner from the bus stop and the night market which is also great.

Review: Waking up to the sea view and crashing of waves is super worth it. The apartment is off the Main Street so it’s near but also quiet enough. Kending itself is a small place so not much to see but good for a chilling break. Nature walks and scenery

Positive points: The hotel is new and they invested in the facilities with quite good taste from the designers. The location is convenient as you are right behind the night market and close to all the bars and restaurants.

Negative points: The staff is quite kind and they are willing to help but there is a huge lack of training. In terms of cleanliness I had to ask a couple of times for them to clean the room and even to explain what cleaning means(like vacuum, change the bedsheets etc). They did it finally but only after we insisted a lot.rnThe breakfast is quite poor and all of the food is coming from the Cotsco section of premade meals, just arranged in a nicer way.
