Kenting Beach House

Review: Great location with kenting night market just 5 min walk. Had amazing sea view. Downside is there is no elevator

Review: The location is great, steps away from the beach and the night market. However, it does not have elevator. The room door has big gap and using old fashioned key lock. Front desk often has nobody there, lack of security.

Review: The hotel location is very convenient as it's just a short walk to the beach infront and to the night market at the back. The pictures are how they actually look like in person and was clean. The balcony is connected to the next room with just some steel barrier which was inconvenient for us because the neighbor smoked in their balcony. The bathroom is also open at the top which wasn’t a real problem during our stay, but we had to be careful not to slip because the shower area is not fully covered so the sink floor area gets wet.

Review: Rooms are small & design is nothing special. Breakfast was so so..with this price can get a better hotel.

Review: The beach is just across the road , but you can't swim in this side of the beach . The view is great. nbehind the building is a whole stretch of shops and when nights fall. you will have many many great foods to eat.nThe rooms are clean and spacious.

Review: Stayed two nights in a room with ocean view.nvery clean and simple room with anything we need in the room,and good staffs.nBut the wall is very thin and staffs begin to clean and working from 9AM.nIt's so noisy and make me awake by the big sound....please keep quiet....nActually its hard to keep quiet since the wall is sooo thin,you can easily hear the sound of the neighbors.nA family stayed next to me and their two children were so annoying screaming.nnIn short, please memorize that its very noisy place to stay,thats it. n

Review: 1. Location is fantastic. Accommodation located right behind the main street/night market of Kenting. n2. Room was facing the ocean. But balcony a bit dirty. n3. There is no lift in the building.n4. The shower might not have hot water.n5. Water pressure decent.

Review: The owner/operator is very friendly - she does not speak any English but is good at charades so we communicated fine when needed. She was very helpful and sweet, and we would stay here again. nnThere is no elevator so not the best place for those who are mobility impaired. Also she had two very sweet dogs but if you have a major fear of dogs, probably not the place for you. Every hotel on the side street there had dogs so I was in heaven, at least!nnWe loved staying right on the beach, and waking up to a lovely sea view each day. It was far enough off the main road to be quiet, but close enough to walk to the night market in 3-5 minutes. And kind of at a mid-point in the night market as well, that also made it easy. She helped arrange a taxi, and could also help arrange a scooter, etc. nnIf you take the shuttle bus here from Khaohsiung for Fangliao, take the Kenting Police Substation stop. nnWe would recommend it and would stay here again if we visit Kenting in the future.
