Review: Best place for hosting a house party especially if you had the whole main building for yourself. The villa is isolated so it wouldn't lead to any noise complain from the other guests. Definitely coming back here again sometime

Review: It has good view

Review: The pictures on booking app seems amazing. In reality is not even 50% of what I saw.nn1. It is at a weird spot which is fine, but not a good location. I thought it would be quiet, but it was not because of the road to the hotel is used by the race car business and people play fireworks in the bush around. Also with few farms with dogs barking the whole night. Was annoying.nn2. The staffs seems not very happy at all. I don’t need a reception with weed fed happy staff but at least a reasonable greeting and smile. I didn’t get any greeting at all but an unhappy staff did my check in.nn3. The pictures shows an amazing pool. But the details didn’t inform you that that amazing pool would be “private” if someone booked the whole main building. I was told to go to another pool, not shown in the picture, behind another building.nnThe water in another pool was hot, about 40 degree because of no circulation. The staff told me that the water is clean and they did a cleaning in the morning. I can guarantee it’s not cleaned and water was not changed for days as it felt greasy, sticky, and a lot of dirt and leaves. I left the pool in 5 second, quite disgusting.nn4. The staff does not stay over night. The group of young adult who booked the whole main building had been partying the whole night till 4-5am. They were playing music loudly the whole night, screaming and playing firework even at 4 am. We as customers had no authority to stop them but only gentle request. I informed the staff in the morning, they said “you could have called the police”. I am sorry, but I didn’t pay to stay at a hotel so I have to handle this kind things by myself and even get police involved. It’s your job.nnOverall, average room which designed to stop you from left the air conditioning on (it’s a good thing, just hate it though in such hot weather). Bad staff, dirty pool, bad environment, no designed car spots ( park wherever you want they said). I would give -5 star if I could.

Review: We read many bad revues when we looked at this place and now we understand why. The place is new and looks great, but they only give you one key with a card and when you take your card out the refrigirator stopped working, so forget about cold drinks on the fridge. When we asked for another key because of this, they showed us a “shared” refrigirator that they opened in front of us and insects flew out and it wasnt even plugged in. We read lotsnof complains about “unpleasant” lady at the reception which was just as discribed. Overall it would be a nice place with a different approach, this kind of attitude from a property owner just ruins your holiday...

Review: Một giao dịch hợp lý trong mùa bận rộn. Vị trí nằm cạnh khu vực núi nhưng không quá xa đường cao tốc. Khá yên tĩnh nhưng dễ tiếp cận.
