Positive points: Everything was good, service amazing! Except for the ants in the room, there was too many

Review: Villa is wood style and it looks perfect. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Everything is exceptional but only thing is we have lizards, frogs and some creatures..

Positive points: Location is very peaceful and quiet (you are completely immersed in nature with frogs, dragon flies, fishes, and birds). Ubud center is easily accessible by motorcycle.
From bedroom to bathroom everything is clean and comfortable. All amenities have been given consideration: e.g. net over bed, drying racks for towels, separate shower for pool. We used a bunch of services including laundry, ordering food, and renting a scooter and were very pleased with the helpful attitude and the quality of services. Would highly recommend to stay here for a couple of days and enjoy a taste of luxury with trips to beautiful surroundings.

Positive points: Quiet, peaceful ambience. Spacious. Great views from upstairs. Very private.
The staff go above and beyond. I injured my foot while out. The staff offered to find us crutches. Once they found them they traveled to get them for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Positive points: Everything! the plants, the decor, the hospitality, the architecture, the food…I adore this place. These people are some kind of special 😌 they treated me like family, made sure I was okay, helped me with everything I needed, fed me good and just as humble as humble can get ! I can’t even put into words how much I loved my stay from beginning to end.

Positive points: very private and peaceful, my outdoor pool was perfect
the gardens were beautiful.
food can be ordered in and if you need beer or more water reception can provide that.
I had a wonderful lady come each day and had a massage by my pool.
next time I stay I will get a few food supplies as there is a basic kitchen, with all that is needed to cook a meal

Positive points: The staff is a family that owns Karunia house. They have only three villa's. All villa's have a private pool. The staff could not be more helpefull. Always with a smile and willing to help in any way needed. The two bedroom villa we stayed at was very clean and comfortable. The wifi was good. The town is a few miles away. If you need a taxi, ask the staff to call one for you. We had a driver named Putra. The staff knows him. He could not be more helpfull and the price is reasonable.
This hotel is worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Book early. Ps: laundry service is very good and priced reasonably.
