Review: great place for a couple to be able to go to the beach and hang out at your own pool
Positive points: Amazing views of the ocean and walking distance to the beach nearby. We loved the room combination of outdoor living and privacy. The staff is also very friendly. It was a very relaxing stay, highly recommend.
Review: Perfect for enjoying peace and quiet, and should you want to go to the Gili Islands, everything can be sorted out by the hotel via a private charter with all things included. 10/10 would return!
Positive points: Beautiful destination!
Negative points: Do be careful of the monkeys during sunset! Keep your doors closed!

Review: This place is heaven.
Positive points: The room assigned to us was magnificent, everything that we expected. It was huge and comfortable. Every staff we encountered was super friendly, helpful and respectable. Thoroughly loved the vibes the resort gave and the breathtaking views from our room.
Negative points: As we were near nature, there are always crawlies around but we were unfazed after a few days. Although having monkeys and HUGE lizards occasionally turned up did scare us a bit although nothing major. 1 downside was the entire resort only had 1 buggy and 1 open air lift, which went through a couple of maintenance work during our stay. A bit of an inconvenience as our room was at the most top and having to walk uphill was a bit of a workout.

Positive points: The environment suitable for those who like privacy and quiet. The view is very nice. I love the room condition & facilities.
Negative points: The food is not good enough for me. The price of food is not affordable compare to the taste.

Positive points: The best aspect of this resort is the staff. This is a beautiful resort, but the staff is what makes it amazing. We've stayed at many upscaled, luxury resorts but what sets this one above the rest, is the staff. I remember Jahra and Jessy from the restaurant. They were so sweet and the most cheerful, kind people! Jahra is my dear friend that blessed me with so much. There is Imron, Iwana, and Saopal also. The cleaning crew was also exceptional. Always pleasant and meeting our every request. I'm not sure I'm spelling their names correctly, but these people need to be commended for their hospitality. They made this resort amazing for us.
Negative points: The lift was difficult on some days and very slow. We are fit for our age so taking 135 steps to our floor was not a big deal it would be for some. Think about this if you are out of shape or elderly because it may be difficult to get to your room on rainy days.
Positive points: Breakfast is al La carte and tried various dishes and they are all nicely prepared. Service was excellent
Negative points: The drain hole plug for the lovelyrnBathtub didn’t work so I wasn’t able to use the tub

Positive points: I think the place has a lot of potential but unfortunatelye we were very disappointed with our experience as it was far from what we paid for and expected.
Negative points: They still have a lot to learn. The beautiful new private villas look amazing, but there seems to be an issue with many other services, the coordination of the staff and the restaurant. Definitely disappointed us as it did NOT offer 5 star service on any level. Here were some issues:n- we reported dirt on the curtain as soon as we checked in, that was never responded to nor resolvedn- at breakfast there were 3 messed up orders in 3 days - parts of the buffet would stay on display far after they’ve stopped looking freshn- we left an ice bucket outside our door to be picked up after room service, and 2 days later it was still in front of our door
