Positive points: The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room service was excellent. The hotel itself had an amazing scent and I liked the architecture and art used in decorations. They payed attention to every single detail to make it an unforgettable stay. I'm definitely booking at Josun Palace whenever I'm in Seoul. :)
Negative points: too many people that enter the hotel who don’t stay there, crowding the entrances and elevators. additionally, most times there was no one there pressing the elevator for you even though they were just standing around doing nothing else.
Review: The place was beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice too. nn We enjoyed our time there.

Review: Probably one of the more luxurious and best experiences I've ever had in Seoul. Room was clean, staff was nice, and the view, even though it is in the middle of the city, was fantastic.
Positive points: The hotel has inspiring unobstructed views of the city of Seoul which has distant mountains on all sides 360 degrees nHotel is brand new and exudes energy.

Negative points: Coffee delivery and eggs could be a bit faster in the mornings. Even better, let people get their own coffee.
