Review: Phòng sạch, tuy nhiên nhà tắm dọn vệ sinh sơ sài, sàn và kính của nhà tắm còn đầy nước.khăn tắm thì bị ẩm. Gọi điện hỏi thì chú quản lý bảo vì vừa dọn xong nên còn ướt..Thay vì lên dọn dẹp lại hoặc xin lỗi mình thì chỉ tl nv. Khá thất vọng. quá mệt nên mình cũng không buồn nói gì nữa.

Review: We appreciated the little extras like the toiletress as we forgot toothbrushes and paste. The beers and cola were enjoyed by my husband as well. Nice towels and even face clothes. Pillws could have been a bit better but nothing tocomplain about. Very prompt check in and out. Great communication through Whatsapp.

Review: Near the airport and very convenient to get to the airport quickly. There are multiple rooms as you can tell from the pictures. My room was not very clean. Bathroom shower was a bit old, had spiders in it. The remote for the TV had some questionable substance on it... I am hoping it was chocolate, but either way it was pretty disturbing to see. You may get lucky with a nicer room but it seems like mine had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. Owner was very responsive and the maintenance guy came down quickly to bring me to the room which was good.

Review: Booked this apartment with large balcony and got another apartment with very small balcony which was advertised at lower price on agoda. The small balcony just fits the washing machine. The air-conditioning unit has moulds and water stains runing down the wall next to the bed.
If you want to do some laundry, there's not laundry liquid/powder. The kitchen is not full set-up for cooking, does have not sufficient utilities, bowels, spoons etc.. No garbage bags for guest's convenience. Only good thing is the complimentary instant noodles, soft,drinks and beers. I wouldn't stay again. Other newer apartments nearby offers better facilities, and price. Checking in/out was easy.

Review: Pros: Nice, friendly and extremely helpful staffs. The AC also perfect for HCM weather. The location is 5 mins to the airport by car/bike. The neighbourhood has everything you need, from convenient store to gym, restaurant, … the building was highly secured by security guards.

Cons: I guess my only suggestion for improvement would be the place cleanliness. The room I rented has quite a lot of ants and spider webs. The washroom wall has many yellow stains which made the place looks not as clean. I hope host will take this feedback and improve the place cleanliness so future guests could stay more comfortably. Other than these, everything is perfect!
