Review: First of all, their staff was the highlights. They were so friendly, helpful and pro.
Secondly, the room was so big and had great service. The view were great. Their garden, pool were taken care of so it were beautiful.
Only one thing that I think they need to improve is the jacuzzi in the room. There were no hot water so my family with 4 months baby couldn't use it

Negative points: Construction/ installation quality of the property. The emergency procedures.

Positive points: Nice space, free access to next door resorts for pools and beach.

Negative points: Quite smaller than i expected but they told me they’re finishing building the resort so looking forward to the complete project.

Positive points: Staff were great. Private pool was nice

Negative points: Leaking roof.
Not cleaned to a good enough standard.
Even though the other rooms similar to the one we had were not filled - we were not able to. Adjust our plans. Out of 10 locations we stayed in our trip you were the most inflexible and unhelpful one. That disappointed me.

Positive points: Breakfast was amazing. Gym is well equipped.

Negative points: The nearby construction site is pretty busy 24/7 which you can hear at night too. The beach was closed due to strong the tides but you could go to another one close by I heard.

Positive points: Everything was nice. Connecting with holiday inn.

Negative points: I called for a car and staff told me to sit down and wait. A group came after me and they escorted the group on the car even though they came after me.

Poorly trained in this area. It should be first come first serve

Positive points: All the facilities are cleaned and nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bonus is that we could also use all the facilities at the Grand Ho Tram (Intercontinental and Holiday Inn pools).

Negative points: We couldn’t really enjoy the beach. The beach doesn’t have clear water and sand is not really soft (but I might be spoilt by Australian beaches). However everything else is good.

Review: Stayed here for 2 nights and it was super pleasant. Everything is newly built so it is sparkling clean. The wall is very sound proofed so I didn’t have any issue sleeping here. Spacious rooms and they even have irons as well (some resorts/hotels I’ve been to don’t provide an iron since they want to charge the laundry fee).
However, the breakfast was kinda limited, but it wasn’t a big issue for me.
Overall, an easy 10 for me!!
