Positive points: 1. Great Location (3 mins walk to Kenting Main Street where Bus Stations and lot of Eateries are available)rn2. Peaceful Environment during Winter time (December)rn3. Big and comfy beds for Double Roomrn4. Excellent Wi-Fi for each floorrn5. Clean and big bathroomrn6. Nice Balcony with panorama sea view at the highest floor 4/Frn7. Hot water is available anytime for use in Bathroomrn8. Simple Check-In and Check-Out processes due to non-peak periodrn9. One-time Toothbrush and toothpaste are available but not recommended to use due to unenvironmentally friendliness

Negative points: 1. No Lift so you have to walk up by stairs with your luggagesrn2. No hanging facilities inside the bathroomrn3. No Microwave/Toaster in the room but Microwave at G/F for DIY breakfastrn4. Only 4 hangers in the wardrobe are available by default. Need to ask for more if required.rn5. No washing machine and detergents, need hand washrn6. Physical key but not key card is providedrn7. Noise from other rooms can be easily heardrn8. No breakfast is includedrn9. TV is small compared with the room size

Positive points: Good bang for the buck, very close to the night market.

Negative points: As a motel, there are no services on site. No restaurant or kitchen, but there is a dining table in the lobby if you order uber bring take out.

Review: Expensive but you pay for the amazing view of the beach. I’m not picky all I want is a soft bed and hot water shower, but I was pretty disappointed at the lack cleanliness and upkeep. Place just seemed old and not well taken care of, just expected more for the price. But the view was awesome.
