Review: Exit 3 from Yongsan Station , just follow the sheltered bridge way till you can connect to Novotel. nSo its actually connected Novotel and Ibis both are called Seoul Dragon City. if you goin to take cab, can say going to casino lobby.nas its connected :)
Positive points: Clean, friendly staff.
Negative points: Difficult for driver to find. No light for just the toilet. Room was a bit cramped.
Review: It had a connection to Ipark mall and Yongsan station. However train station to local train was quite far. Bus is a better option
Positive points: They did not tell me in advance that the sauna was not free (fee included was a surprise).rnThe elevators were very slow,rnThe staff was nice except Lilah, the receptionist who received me early on May 14th, She was not nice at all, and did not help me at all, even though I said I was coming from a LONG 13 hours flight,rnOn the other hand, Mr. David Jung and Miss Sasha Park were very kind.
Negative points: The receptionist Lilah was rude and incompetent,rnElevators were slow,rnSauna was not free,
Review: Great hotel, if you don‘t need any frills. Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is perfect, next to Yongsan Station and Metro and you can walk to and have fun at Electronic Markets or the huge Hyundai Dept Store. Recommend the Buffet Lunch/Dinner at Food Exchange of Novotel next door.

From checking-in, to amenities, to room service, to storage services to checking out, each and every step of our stay was a moment worth praising.rnrnThe staff was the friendliest and most helpful people I have come across during my trip. Everything that I needed from the hotel, was literally a phone call away to the reception. I could not have chosen a better place to stay for our trip to Seoul!rnrnDefinitely coming back to this hotel when we revisit Seoul.

Negative points: They don’t have AC in the winter so it gets very warm and I wasn’t able to open a window.
