Review: Very good location, nearby many restaurants. Good service from the staff, decent parking lot (basement). Nice and functional room. Need to improve alightly on bathroom cleanliness.
Review: Seharusnya di gambar di aplikasi Agoda ada sofanya, waktu masuk tdk ada. Karena check in sudah subuh, karena dari tambang di area Sumsel, jd udah malas complaint. Seharusnya hotel jg melakukan pengecekan ke online travel agent apakah sudah sesuai atau tdk kondisi kamar yg ditawarkan jd tamu tdk merasa tertipu.

Positive points: Good location, new hotel and value for money. Recommended.
Positive points: The standard of the hotel was good, international standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Water dispenser on each floor was nice.
Negative points: The hotel is next to a nightclub so our first room was quite noisy at night because of the loud music. Hotel staff helped to relocate us, the new room was not cleaned as well as the first one.
