Hyatt Regency Danang Resort And Spa

Review: The resort offers a fantastic selection of dining options, with an impressive variety of restaurants. A highlight is the breakfast buffet, available at three different restaurants, allowing for a different experience each morning. The facilities are excellent—multiple pools, including a massive main pool, and plenty of complimentary activities. The resort itself is huge, making it great for families, with lots of space for kids to run around. Being beachfront is a bonus, perfect for a relaxing walk along the shore.

However, the rooms are quite dated and not well maintained. We noticed water stains, rust on taps and showers, and yellow/brown patches on the walls and ceilings. The décor feels outdated and in need of a refresh. We also booked an ocean-view room, but our initial room only had a view of trees with barely any ocean in sight. To their credit, they moved us to a better-view room the next day, but it would be more transparent if they had a separate "partial ocean view" category.

It’s worth noting that this is a very family-friendly resort with lots of kids running around and playing, so it can get quite noisy. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, especially as a solo traveler or couple, this might not be the best fit.

Positive points: Beautiful resort and the food was nice. Polite and friendly staff but at times service was a bit disorganised probably due to CNY holiday crowd- like waiting for long time for the bill or the food, or mistaken our orders. But overall pleasant stay. And the beach is amazingly clean and beautiful

Review: We got upgraded to a residence room by a very kind staff. Overall, Hyatt is amazing, especially the staff and the facilities, however I do want to point out that while there are hundreds of workers maintaining the outdoor facilities to ensure it’s in superb condition, the TVs are old and small, no netflix obviously, and THERE ARE NO POWERPOINTS NEXT TO THE BEDS TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE. We had to charge them in the kitchen and the bathroom. Honestly I felt like thats a basic feature that all hotels should have so I was a bit disappointed. Location wise- not terrible compared to Intercontinental or Melia Vinpearl but it can’t beat newer and flashier hotels that are in the city centre.

Review: This is our fifth visit and we still love everything the Hyatt Regency offers. From a wonderful breakfast buffet to the private beach. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom residence and the space and view were wonderful.

Positive points: The pool’s and beach were outstanding. It is a very large property so there are a lot of outside options. Breakfast was great! Staff are very helpful.

Review: Our second visit here, the last was in April 2014 and it was encouraging to see the hotel has been well maintained in that period. Indeed, looking at all of the unfinished projects that line the beach all the way to the city, it’s quite a miracle it has survived!

The staff were courteous, helpful and polite throughout and the hotel facilities are excellent. It is however, some distance from town, but a cheap Grab taxi sorts that out.

My only reservation is that there is nowhere to escape as an adult in the hotel. I had hoped that by paying more for the Club Access, this would enable a quiet space to be enjoyed, but it was a crèche there too. However, that it just me and I mention it in case others have similar thoughts.

Positive points: It's a good beach property. Kids would love the activities. Unfortunately, the 4 days we stayed it was raining. The breakfast and the Vietnamese restaurant had delicious food. The hotel room had a nice beach view with balcony.

Review: Perfect facilities, good and very helpful staffs. Except certain facilities within the resort could be free instead of paid for... such as table tennis and golf.

Review: We transferred to this hotel as the second part of our stay in Danang. The hotel is stylish and the staff is very nice. Room size is satisfactory and the view is not bad considering we are facing the beach. We have some concern over the privacy as the shower is located just next to the window where there is a walking path. The location is modarate as it is not within a walking distance to the city centre.

Positive points: ocean view rooms are great value for money and time.. staff unbelievably humble and smiling.. no words to express out happiness

Review: My family and I stayed 6 nights at Hyatt Regency Danang. The suite was really spacious and comfortable, the food options in the resort are amazing and facilities are definitely comprehensive. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency to tourists visiting Danang. Peaceful and safe, beautiful pools where you can enjoy poolside dining while kids play in the shallow pool.

Positive points: Facilities: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Hotel staff were very friendly and kind. Beach was nice but couldn’t spend much time there as it rained every day.
