Review: Really bad attitude.

Review: This is hands down the most unprofessional, rude, and aggressive hotel I’ve ever encountered. The staff has zero regard for guest safety or basic hospitality. Stay elsewhere if you value your peace of mind.nnA stranger was found inside my room, and instead of addressing the situation properly, the hotel staff were rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I felt unsafe throughout my stay. Do not book this hotel if you value your safety or basic respect as a guest.

Review: …! Please be aware before staying with this hotel.nnI stayed for 4D3N, air conditioner was broken. They don’t have any compensation / fans. And the staff so horrible.. I just talk with the stuff using the video and google translate to him. He just ignored me.. and yelling me back to the room” up, up, up”. He don’t change my room or any offer!! Also, there are so many small Insects. That’s is the reason why there are so many bad comments on this hotel !nnIf you working on serving jobs, at least respect to each other, right ?

Review: Bathroom were transparent which is nit good for the family. Those are sitting in bedroom can see the person in the bathroom.

Review: hotel lift broken, asked to wait 7pm to check in, admin very unfriendly and impatient, communication very bad too, no aircon in the room, toilet very small, and picture very deceiving from the catalog, the room are very very small too

Review: Room is too small and i already mentioned that i will go with family but staff gave us towel only 2 and 4 small. Also my cover luggages are disappeared.
