Review: The facilities and the foods were great. Love the vibes you can relax, serene, calming in just one place
Positive points: It is a beautiful resort right at the beach with comfortable rooms and a pretty view. The staff are lovely and helpful. It is a great hotel for the price!
Negative points: The food was mediocre at best, the beach was a bit dirty although that is not their fault. The pool does not get cleaned often enough and has only a few umbrellas for shade. Worst of all they played the same two songs on a loud speaker for half of the day, it got truly annoying.

Positive points: Beach side, all the rooms are facing the sea.
Negative points: The room is a bit old, the hair dryer wasn't provided and you need to request, only 2 bottles of water provided, location is a bit remoted, the breakfast is quite limited.
Review: One of the best hotel in belitong area, they had a private beach inside, surrounding area is full of bush like in hawaian peninsula, recommended!
Positive points: Sea view is amazing, the pool is big and toward to the sea, the staff is kind and helpful and the room is clean with beautifull balcony
Negative points: Less variation of breakfast

Negative points: obvious signs of wear and tear on the outdoor furniture getting shabby, the missing glass tops, the many missing pillows and the restaurant chair pillows being not very clean.

Review: I stayed in this hotel every time I visited belitung. Beach front, nice view, helpful staffs, and excellent breakfast.

Review: Actually the hotel is nice, but somehow lack of maintenance. I could’nt sleep well due to the broken AC. Breakfast is so so, location is far away from city, but it has a private beach and private library.

Negative points: Spa , gave a time and then changed it 3 times later said come tomorrow but we were leaving so how. Very dissappointed
Review: Located slightly further away from city center. But a very well made hotel and a good place to chill if that's what you prefer
Positive points: everything! beachview, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free use of bicycles… all around very relaxing

Positive points: the bed was big, the landscape was well-maintained.
Negative points: the tv was working but it was blurry. maybe the cable connection was a bit off. the swimming pool needs to cleaned more, the kids playroom was dirty in the corners, they cleaned up after i told one of the housekeepers. some of the corridors weren’t lit and cleaned. the food needs to be seriously improved. wait time was very long, staff wasn’t organized, the taste were also very poor except for the fried rice and the friend noodles. breakfast was quite alright but they ran out of butter. most people avoid margarine for health reasons, so having butter is a must. NEVER compromise the quality of your food in order to cut cost, in the long run, it will damage your reputation. your hotel is far from a lot of restaurants, surely the guests would prefer to dine in, unfortunately you have very little to offer, and this is a huge loss for your business.
Review: Kami spent 3 nights di santika belitung.nBerikut plus minusnyanPlus : viewnya bagus, berada di pinggir pantai..ini yg paling berkesannKamar juga view ke laut.nKolam renang juga lumayan nnMinus : kamar kami pas awal check in, baunya kurang segar, akhirnya kami habiskan 1 malam dan besoknya minta ganti kamar.nSuasana di kamar ini lembab, banyak lalat ketika buka pintu balkon.nnLalu malam ke 2 setelah pindah ke kamar baru, baunya sdh hilang, tapi masalah lain muncul: lantai berembun sampai basah, sepertinya AC nya bermasalah atau saluran pembuangan ada problem.nPas jadwal bersihkan kamar, setelah di cek, sepertinya hanya rapikan bed dan ganti handuk.nMasih banyak pasir dan debu di berbagai tempat yg tampak sangat jelas. Tissue tidak di refill, dan kamar mandi mendadak jadi kurang sedap.nAkhirnya complaint dan minta dibersihkan lagi, trnyata hanya disapu tidak di vacum ..semoga kebersihan ttp di no 1 kan..semoga ada perbaikan.nUntuk next time, ttp santika jd salah satu opsi untuk menginap..nStaff restoran ramah2, senyum dan cekatan pas kita ada request hal lain.
