Review: Masih menjadi hotel terbaik di Bukittinggi walopun tidak spt saat pertama dibuka,kondisi toilet terutama closet tidak begitu bersih, sarapan direstoran juga tidak seenak saat dulu kami menginap pertama dan tidak spt jaringan santika lainnya yg terkenal karena kelezatan FnB nya…mudah2an bisa seges berbenah spt Jaringan Santika yg kita kenal

Review: sometime noice from the vehicle specially motor cycle heard into the roomnsound vibration mode phone from other room heard into my room

Negative points: The parking area needs to be considered the space.
Review: Despite the hotel being relatively new, the toilets were not maintained. The shower area smell musty and the walls were not cleaned. Lack of ventilation.
Positive points: Everything was superb. Rooms are good sized, comfortable beds, clean, breakfast was tasteful, location was very good, walking distance to Jam Gadang.
Negative points: Just a bit overpriced.

Positive points: The property is good, clean and modern.
Negative points: The food a Singgalang lounge is terrible. We had two meals and both were too salty until I needed to ask hot water to watered down the salty soup.
Review: Booking for mountain view but when checkin room full occupied. Plus only give room at level 2 with no view.nStaff said full booked. But another guest checkin after me can get high floor.
Positive points: Room was comfortable, with updated amenities.nRestaurant was also convenient.

Negative points: Bit pricey compared to other santika hotels e.g in Jakarta. The facilities in the room are not the same
