Review: The highlight of this hotel is the female reception staff, very gentle and enthusiastic, wishing you lots of health. The rest is quite poor, from the facilities to the service (compared to the price level). It's unfortunate to have to give such an unpleasant feedback during the 3-night stay here.

Positive points: Spacious rooms. Very big.

Review: The room is acceptable. It has a nice view. Service is okay. However: nThe bathroom is small. No breakfast provided. No free drinking water or coffee, even though it was placed on the table and the owner explained it was due to the holiday season and would incur a fee. I don't think that's right. nReview: The hotel name is misleading, and there are no amenities, so it deserves only about 1-2 stars. Would not recommend friends to stay here.

Review: The for handle to my room feel off, the TV didn't work, it was dirty and dated. They have me a new room, exactly the same, dated,dirty and the door wouldn't lock. The staff did not care. I went next door and had no problems.

Review: I really had a very bad experience, truly very bad here. nFirst, I booked 3 rooms (1 room with a large double bed & 2 rooms with 2 single beds) on August 31, but when I arrived to check in, the staff insisted that I only booked 2 rooms. After I showed the confirmation of the reservation, they looked closely again and gave me 3 room keys with a very poor attitude (probably a bit embarrassed =)))), not smiling or welcoming to the guests, and did not specify which floors the guests were on when I asked, they simply replied, 3rd, 4th, 6th floor. nNext, the rooms here are very old, everything is deteriorating. The ceiling has many stains and peeling, the room lights are not bright enough to illuminate the whole room even though they used white light, the bathroom looks very old, there were no toilet paper and hot water even after I turned the faucet to the red button and waited quite a long time. The refrigerator is not cold, the bath towels look very old and dirty, and the bed sheet has a tear. nFinally, regarding my uncle and aunt's room, when they entered to check in and turned on the switches, the lights in the room were broken. It was daytime but the hallway was also very dark. nnOverall, with my family's one-day and one-night experience here, everything was below average. I hope my review can help everyone think more carefully and make another choice for a more suitable and comfortable place to stay. Review: There is no lively bar as seen in the pictures, that is now gone. The whole place needs an upgrade. It is old and tired looking. For the price it's OK but don't raise your expectations to high based on the pictures.
