Review: Convient place to shop and eat.However at 10-11pm lane close ,cars unable to enter to the lobby .Thanks to the hotel staff that came out to help carry our luggage .excellent hotel staffs
Positive points: Loved the central location — right in the heart of Myeongdong. All the shops and restaurants are right outside the hotel. Our room was very roomy and our two boys loved the bunk beds. The filtered water inside the room was a game changer for us because I drink a lot of water, and I get “water anxiety “ in hotels. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable!
Negative points: Since the hotel is located inside myeongdong, there’s no way for taxis to pick you up in front of the hotel. We would have to walk 5 mins (2-3 blocks)to Ibis ambassador hotel to get picked up by uber. This was not a deal breaker because we’d only need to walk a short distance.
Review: Fantastic location, very convenient and quiet rooms despite it being in the centre of Myeobgdong. Room was spacious and comfortable for 4.
Positive points: Centrally located
Negative points: Bathtub leaked water every time we showered and it left a horrible smell. The pipes seem rusty. I expressed my concern but nothing was ever done.
Review: Very friendly staff. Ever go the extra mile to check and let my family check in much earlier than the official check-in time.
Positive points: Super friendlly staffs, i had arrived earlier than their normal check in and they were nice enough to accomodate early check in. Facility had super clean hall way, amenities (like laundry room, self serve coffee, self towel racks). I will book this hotel again if I go back to seoul.
Negative points: The outside of the location had alot of ppl sleeping on the street, but this was not their fault. They werent homeless, but ppl waiting in line to Pop Mart.

Negative points: The sink was leaking the whole time and shoot out dirty water. Hot water is too hot and couldn’t modify. Shower pressure is very low. The pillows are like rocks

Review: We were greeted by GM, George upon arrival. He welcomed us with the warmest smile and has been helpful and friendly since. Room may be a little small, but everything else was great. We truly enjoyed our stay
Positive points: The hotel does not offer breakfast but it’s no problem as there are restaurants nearby. rnThe Staff are superb.Very nice, accommodating, approachable, sweet. I have no negative thing to say about them. rnExcept for a small room which I understand is the standard size of room in that country everything is positive in our experience. It’s walking distance to everything. You just have to check in before the night market starts & check out before 10am otherwise the car cannot drop you off nor pick you up because of the start of open market. The place gets busy. We feel the sweetness & the willingness of the hotel staff. I think the name of the Manager is Danny & the Lady Assistant/ sorry forgot your name but we felt so welcomed by them & all the rest of the staff.
Negative points: The room size but nothing we can do about that.
Review: A last-minute booking turned out great! Tucked in a corner but still within Myeongdong. A lot of options to eat and shop. nnIf you are in a layover and want to maximize the time, this hotel is perfect for you.
Positive points: I had a great stay. The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping streets. It is very accessible. The room is spacious for a solo traveler. I just wish the pillows are softer (but this is just my preference. Staffs are very helpful and they held on to the packages i sent in the hotel even before my check in period.
