Review: No outlet for flat chargers. Charger connected to one of the outlet is non functional, does not charge type C and apple phones. No bidet.

Review: After booking I get the confirmation to say I can only check in from 9pm which is absolutely outrageous! Never have I ever stayed in a hotel with such a ridiculous policy. If you've been travelling long haul or you're tired there is no chance of having a nice room to retreat to at this hotel. nI wouldn't ever here again or recommend.

Review: i wish i can recommend this hotel, because the staff are friendly and tried to assist in every way they can, but the facilities are really in desperate need for a revamp. the water pressure is generally poor and inconsistent depending on the time u use the showers and which room u stay in. to make matters worse, the aircon is also dripping. the location is fantastic though. 5-10mins to the metro, street market just across the main road, many eateries/convenient stores/pharmacies nearby. DDM is also within walking distance. this hotel is value for $ if u r looking for a budget hotel and wont't mind an old hotel.
