Review: Semua ok dari kebersihan, luas kamar, makanan, fasilitas, sebelah mall. Yang tidak ok adalah internet, kebetulan sy pakai XL pun data nya susah signal. Jadi sy ga bisa kerja, ga bisa nonton. Selain itu receptionis yang cowo sayangnya saya tidak lihat namanya, saat mau cek out sy serahkan card dia malah bengong ga jelas dan mesti sy panggil sampai 3X. Itupun saat cek out tdk ditanya apakah ada masukan utk hotel ini.
Positive points: The place was up a mall so no issues to have everything needed

Positive points: Good location, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool and lovely kids playground
Negative points: The shower of our room was a bit difficult to adjust
Positive points: I like property and location easy to get anything you need from ( shopping mall )
Negative points: I know was though situation upon check in as I have to waiting in the line ,on September 15th that time long weekend ,,,I got very late to get the room ready ,,,I have to wait on the lobby around half and hours ,,,no one call me again till I am approaching one concierge gentlemen ( I am forgot the name ) and he hand offer room key ,,nBy the way forgot he did not give me breakfast voucher ,,,until 8 pm someone call me ( she told me that asking me about breakfast voucher ) I told her i did not get it,,she promised that will be deliver to my room ,,but till 10 pm no one deliver and again I call reception another laddies promised will deliver with mention what time will be go breakfast I told her at 8 am ,,,till I am fall asleep voucher did not came ,,wake up early morning call reception finally night or morning shift they deliver my voucher ,,,this time was my bad day to chose horizons ,,,not like couple years ago ,,,any way reception Guy was that time check in was polite the way they handle situation .Bravo to 3 gentleman reception
Review: Nyaman bgt, staff ramah dan fasilitas lengkap
Positive points: All the staff act very nice and profesional to me and my family, specialy for miss andita (Thank you for your hospitaity), the room very clean and the extra bed are confey to.
Negative points: to bed that the swimming pool can't not be use that day, because of the maintanance that schedule, coz the purpose for me and my family visit the hotel is for the swimming pool, but its okey, maybe next visit, we can use it.rnthank You

Positive points: From the outside of the hotel it is a lovely property, and walking into the hotel it continues that level of elegance and charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.nThe room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in several parts of Indonesia during this last day and this was the only Hotel that offered a streaming service like Netflix, which was a huge plus. And one of the best parts is the view during breakfast.
Negative points: This isn't the first hotel in Bekasi that I've seen do this, the outside of the hotel and the foyer of the hotel are very clean, but when you get into the room the rooms are not cleaned properly. There are so many stains on the carpets and furniture, I do not understand why they do not usecarpet cleaners or upholstery cleaners to clean those up.
Review: All good except crowded resto at breakfast time
Positive points: All the staff friendly
Negative points: Smell of smoke in the room including linen
Positive points: All of it. The staff are nice, very informative. Even the front gate security is very nice too. Room is clean. The pool is clean, too bad not many sitting in there.
Negative points: When in the busy hour, the hot water is not that hot. But its ok fine. Wouldve been better if it was hot.
