Positive points: Unique and beautiful experience. The host and his staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is about 10-15 mins from the main town, chợ Sa Đéc, but the host can help to call grab taxi for you. If you don't feel like going to town, the host can also help cook food or grab food for you.

I would recommend the host to put rules like guests are not allowed to eat or drink (except water) on the boats to keep as many bugs and creatures (like ants..) away as possible. They have a little nice deck, and all food and drink could be consumed there instead.

But future guests please understand, staying on the boat is very close to camping/ glamping experience, so of course there are bugs in nature regardless. Mosquitoes are not avoidable, so do bring your strong bug spray / lotion. But of course it's more comfortable than camping since you have a nice bed with AC and your own bathroom , kinda nice . Recommend to try. :)

Positive points: I really enjoyed my stay at Phong’s! It was a great way to see Sa Dec as bikes (or motorbikes) are available to rent, and you are right in the flower growing area a bit north of downtown. Phong was very friendly and helpful! The property was very unique and a highlight of my visit.

Positive points: Chú chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, hiếu khách. Bữa sáng no nê. Mọi người có thể ghé thăm nhà chú giúp việc cách đó mấy trăm mét. Nhà chú có 2 cây mai rất lớn và đặc biệt có mấy cây nho thân gỗ. Đi qua nhà chú có lò gạch bỏ hoang, chụp hình ở đó rất đẹp.

Positive points: không gian thoải mái, mát mẻ, phục vụ chu đáo.
