Review: I love stayed at Holiday Inn, The Room was good, The Staff very helpful and friendly, the facility was good but their swimming pool too small, maybe need improvement at the pool.. but for all I'm very Satisfied here, and next time I will stay at Holiday inn again.. Great
Review: Mungkin ada efisiensi, tumben pas bfast gak ada madu utk teh saya. Pas check in di minta ulang ID card, biasanya mereka udah ada file sebelumnya. Malem2 diare, minta tolong order by gojek ke pegawai gak bisa, gak ada yg bisa bantu beliin obat diare. Staycation kali ini rada kecewa

Positive points: The room smell very good when we arrive,the amenities is so luxorious,very clean rooms.good location.very delicous breakfast ,so many variety..
Negative points: Unfortunately with all those luxurious room,the wall only made from gypsum and we can hear sound from another room.i can not sleep as i got awaken by next room children who shout up in the middle of the night arround 1.00 am.i call the front desk and they respons very good.but still can not sleep very well as the room was not sound proof...i dont think not suitable for people seek for night quite sleep..🙏
