Negative points: Leak like water falls and no compensate. The receptionist ignored me for 30 mins. Worked so slow and haven't finish my problems and she helped the other customers

Review: Very strategic, easy to go airport. Next to big shopping mall with lots varietyfood. Room was clean n neat.
Positive points: Location adjoining to the mall, safety and convenience as a family traveller. Special thanks to all the reception team who gave us their impeccable assistance and support, especially Ms Angitta. Kudos to the kitchen team who are always running around & replenishing shortages of food & utensils supplies and guests we’re getting frustrated. Also to the housekeepers & security who attended to our concerns immediately. A pleasant stay indeed and surrounded by friendly staff.
Negative points: There are only two elevators so sometimes a bit of waiting time and a bit small for a few adults with luggage. The variety of buffet breakfast needs to be improved, food are limited and disproportionate quantities especially during peak time where most of the buffet servings are empty and more guests have arrived. But again kudos to the staff who were trying their best to make the guests at ease and keep refilling the food.

Positive points: NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!nnThere is no hospitality at all in this hotel. The hotel is dirty, white towel is yellowish. According to the receptionist name Albari, the rule of the hotel is self service meaning no assistance from the hotel staff to the guests needs. nThe quality of the food are below standards example the tomatoes, spring onion are not fresh. The plates and bowls are not clean
Negative points: SMELLY ROOM, YELLOWISH TOWEL BATH, HAND TOWEL AND FACE TOWEL.nBREAKFAST IS WAYS BELOW STANDARD, (tomatoes are fermented, spring onion are yellowing). Choices of foods are limited, repeated everyday.
