Review: Appreciate the lower than usual room rate with the same standard of Holiday Inn comfort. Breakfast was offered at a reasonable rate but with the usual widespread of good food including some Bandung popular food.

Positive points: Warm helpful and friendly staff. Close to my work place. the facilities are also new and look good. Price is good

Negative points: Food is a bit difficult to eat for people of Chinese origin. Wifi is a bit weak and difficult to access internationally. The air conditioner is a bit difficult to adjust the temperature and look lile can only be turned on or off, it seems that the heating function is not working. The hair dryer is broken and cannot be used.

7.0 Uhmm.. - Anastasia 20-01-2025

Positive points: The room was nice and bigger than expected. But it’s also because we paid more than the usual price😂

Negative points: We were in the premium area but the door is not soundproof. Also I don’t understand why the wall between the bathroom and the room has such a big window so that every time someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn on the light in the bathroom, it wakes the other up.

9.6 4 star hotel that feels like 5 star - Edy 12-05-2025

Review: From a wide variety of breakfast menu, proper pool, ample parking space and super attentive staffs, Holiday Inn Bandung remains our number one choice to stay in Bandung

8.0 We made a good choice in selecting our hotel for this trip, perfect for our purpose - Indra 20-01-2025

Positive points: Location is great for my purpose, I drove from Jakarta and attended a wedding without the hassle of entering the busy city, but that's just me I guess. Aircon works well, hot water in the bathroom is nice

Negative points: Unfortunately the wash basin in the bathroom is rather slow to sink water, just a minor thing, not a big issue

10.0 THE BEST - faiz 11-05-2025

Review: FROM START UNTIL THE END IT WAS SO PERFECT , TQ HOLIDAY WITH THE GREAT MEMORIES

8.0 Great and worth it,needed some improvement - Ali 27-12-2024

Positive points: Location was very convenient nGreat breakfast, cheap with so many choices of menu.nThe staff were very helpful friendly, especially Daniel and Iqbal.nWill recommend this place to others

Negative points: The door lock of the bathroom did not work properly,we couldn't lock it (Room 688)nnThe hotel management should enforce the non smoking zone more strictly, especially outside the lobby It feels unhealthy due to the bad smell .

10.0 Family Staycation - Nikolos 09-05-2025

7.0 It's ok but please do better with the driver rooms. - Michella 12-12-2024

Positive points: The staff, the ambiance, the comfort, the location, and the service are as great as we expected. Unfortunately, we order a room for two including breakfast but the breakfast is only for one person..?!

Negative points: The regular room is ok nothing special. Unfortunately, their driver's room is very disappointing it is so small, the bathroom is outside and joining everyone, they have open holes in the bedroom which make it have so many mosquitos coming in, and very unclean. The price is 200++ similar to other hotels outside but the quality is very disappointing.
