Hoi An Garden Sea Homestay

Positive points: I had a stay of 3.5 weeks and enjoyed every moment. Very welcoming homestay and help available whenever needed. Stayed in the rainy season so needed to get into the Old Town to encounter masses of other tourists. It's only a few minutes from the beach and there's a few eating places along that beach. Nearer to the homestay are good eating places and nowhere was busy. Hit Ha Cafe my recommendation is the best place to hang out, it's dog friendly!

Positive points: it is really nice for the staff to invite me for celebrating new year, it ia a very interesting experience

Positive points: The location, quiet place, delicious food and the more imortant of everything the host's kindness!! This hostel really is a family place and they are all so nice it makes your stay very memorable!

Positive points: Sen and her parents were super friendly and welcoming, even inviting me for a family dinner which was so kind. I couldn't believe the value for money too, would highly recommend staying here!

Positive points: Lovely place to escape the busy old town! While we didn't get to meet the host in person, she was of great help over WhatsApp (very responsive!). We didn't get to test the pool but it looked lovely. The free bikes were in good condition and it's a lovely trip to the inner city.

Positive points: Great Location, the loveliest staff and the room has great amenities like hair dryer and mini fridge!

Review: The beach is right around the corner and it’s a quick grab ride to the old town. It’s great if you want a quiet stay but access to the attractions too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

Positive points: Lovely breakfast and lovely people. The hosts were so incredibly helpful with information and motorbikes. We had the opportunity to leave our bags and do a 3 day motorbike tour thanks to them. They are so nice, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Review: It is in a quite neighbourhood, very close to the sea. The room is not very sound proof, but since it is very quite around, it is not much of a bother. Can sleep soundly. The hosts are very nice too.

Positive points: We had a very pleasant stay here. It is situated close to a nice quiet beach and we could use the bicycles of the family to ho to Hoi An ancient town. Breakfast was very good and you can choose vietnamese or Continental breakfast! Hope to See you again ….

Review: Cheap hotel with very freindly staff they can provide a good list of local activities. The place also has a small swiming pool. The free local breakfast was great. Its a 5 min walk to the beach but that means is a long way from the center of town. Also the beds are very firm/hard.

Review: We loved our stay with Sen and her family! 5 stars. We spent only one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Sen is an exceptionally sincere, helpful, and kind host who makes guests feel very welcome, like a friend. She quickly organized a bike rental for us (excellent quality and affordable) and offered loads of local suggestions/directions when we inquired.

The home stay is clean and rooms surround a lovely little garden hangout space. Sen’s mother cooked us a delicious breakfast (with awesome coffee!) and offered us some other tasty traditional snacks throughout our stay that we greatly appreciated. There were also friendly animals when we visited:)

Review: This property is near the beach with private beach 5 mins walking. They has restaurant in the garden, i had a tasty dinner amde by the owner - Sen, she's warmly and friendly to me. I had a good time here so next time i'll definitely come again. Highly recommend!
