Review: Đi hơi xa trung tâm thành phố nhưng chỗ này cũng đẹp, khá yên tĩnh. Có điều phòng hơi cũ
Positive points: Very welcoming staff, beautiful details, smells like flowers everywhere.
Negative points: The stairs, try to get a ground floor room
Positive points: The resort was very beautiful with a great peaceful ambience. Room was very spacious. The most think I like is that there was a whole room for changing clothes and putting your luggage. Bathroom was spacious and nice too. The afternoon tea set was good too.
Negative points: I booked a room with one single big bed but was offered a room with two beds. The room was not the one in the photos advertised on Booking.com. The doorknob of the bathroom was broken and so were the window blinds. Fortunately the room was on the third floor so hopefully no one can see anything inside. Food was a little slow to serve, we wait for about 30 mins.
Review: We are a couple in our mid and last fifties with 3 suit cases and provided toom at 3rd floor with no lift, when asked for lower or ground room charged 1 night fee extra. When I forced we can't climb suggested to call Agoda ans cancel the reservation knowing g that we can't do ur as it was 10.30pm and the hotel is located10.4 I'm away from city.very tube behaviour.
Positive points: Property is good but far way from city staff are very good and they are very helpful to guests
Negative points: They don’t have options for international Food and Beverage they have only selected menu and it’s only local cuisine and location is very far from the city and they don’t know English much only some staff knows speaking English
Review: Very nice hotel with beautiful pool
Positive points: The rooms are really nice, repurposed Colonial homes, and the common space around the pool was ample, green, clean and very pleasant to be in. Great place for a small family for sure as we were able to have a separate bedroom in our suite for our kids... always a bonus when travelling... yet still very afforadable.
Negative points: The only really fault is the distance from the city center if you are hoping to see some of the touristy stuff. Fortunately cabs are cheap and it does give you a chance to see more of the city, but you are not going to be able to take a short walk and find a nice restaurant if that is what you are hoping for.
Review: Staff was super friendly
Negative points: They do not have lifts. Had to take baby stroller up and down the stairs again & again. Food menu and breakfast buffet is very limited. The services provided as compared to the prices of the hotel are a total mismatch

Review: The photos don't show reality. This is an old hotel at a terrible location (as the name suggests: hidden). The breakfast is very bad. The rooms are old and the bathroom was with ants. We didn't have a hot shower. The whole hotel could use an update. We wanted to chill at the pool but there was some kind of event with VERY LOUD music, so we had to change our plans.

Review: Make sure there won't be a wedding celemorny or other parties in the hotel. It can be loud but overall good.
Positive points: Despite the worn out equipment the staff keeps everything clean and is always friendly.
Negative points: Unfortunately the pool could not be used because it was cleaned for three days in a row ...the bar service has incomprehensible rules ...the resort's surrounding are quite dirty and the opportunity buy something to eat is scarce.
