Positive points: Convenient location near the airport. Good value for reasonable price. Some stores and restaurants nearby.

Negative points: The constant sound of the elevator arriving to the floor was a quite clear, wear earplugs if you are super light sleeper.

Positive points: The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I loved the close location to the airport.

Negative points: The elevator has a loud bell on it which could be heard in my room (and possibly all the other rooms surrounding the elevator) at all hours of the day and night.

Positive points: Close to the airport, staff were very friendly

Negative points: You can hear every noise from all the other rooms, not just on the same floor. There is no drain the the shower so the room floods.

Positive points: Location, very close to SGN airport. The receptionist, Phi , helped in overcoming a few problems. He went over and above to make us comfortable. Could not thank him enough. A credit to the hotel and himself. Beds hard, but comfy enough. Good pillows.Very clean hotel

Negative points: I had not read "fine print" on room description booked thru this site. I booked a room without a window......I am also extremely claustrophobic, Phi did not have very good English but understood enough to change our room. So very grateful to him. The one downside of the stay was about breakfast, which was included........the hotel no longer does breakfasts on site after September. Initially we were prepared to sacrifice breaky for the change of room. Once again Phi came through with an offer. One morning he cooked eggs and bought to our room ( a kind gesture) , the following day he organised a car to take us to the sister hotel ( Hera Luxury), for breakfast. Very average breakfast should people want to stay......but all gratitude to Phi for doing a great " recovery" on all fronts.

Review: We stayed here for 2 nights. Walking distance to the airport if you dont have many luggages. Many eateries from the main road, easy to grab something to bite.

Review: Friendly, clean hotel. Quiet, near the airport. Restaurants and coffee shops are generally OK, but the wifi little slow and weak. But it find Will come back next time.

Positive points: We were only here for a couple hours to rest and shower before our overnight flight however the staff were so helpful with our check-in and with our bags. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great, theres plenty around the hotel and our grab took 5-10 minutes to get to the airport.
