Positive points: The staffs are so helpful.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: When traveling I like to have a gym available - this location has a specious gym. The infinity pool on the 20th offered a Great view of the area.
Negative points: The cleaning staff is overwhelmed with turning over the apartments. I arrived at 4pm and after a major room issue, a and building change I was able to get into my room at 7:30pm. The other guests are inconsiderate of others, kids and adults screaming in the hallways early and late.
Positive points: The view. We spent our night watching the firework show. It was magical. Also we get to see the kiss bridge and symphony of the sea show from our balcony.
Negative points: Nothing. I think all good and nice. Ohh maybe they can add the elevator card to 3 cards instead of 2. It kinda hassle especially if you travel with friends.
Positive points: Location and view, spacious apartment , cleanliness, owner was kind and helpful she helped us in managing our tickets to the Different attractions in phu quoc ,easy check in and check out
Negative points: One room of the two apartments we booked has a bad obstructed view (no sea view) , we requested to change the apartment ,but it was not possible as they said
Positive points: Nice view. Access to a rooftop terrace and rooftop swimming pool on 20th floor or so. There were some people swimming at night after the official closing hour. It is possible to watch fireworks from the room or rooftop, but they are a bit far, and watching from closer by would probably be more impressive. Located in a nice area, on a hill, which makes it less hot. The hill is accessible by escalators.
Negative points: The property is incorrectly listed as a hotel and shows up when searching for hotels only. It is not a hotel — it is an apartment. There is no reception you need to meet someone in person to receive the door key and be shown around the place.rnIt is also incorrectly listed as having a balcony and shows up when searching for properties with balconies. There was no balcony in the room. The photos of the room were a mix of the room I received and some other room. Perhaps they consider the rooftop terrace to be a balcony.rnFor a place that advertises a sea view, the window was very dirty. Maybe windows get dirty faster on an island, but where I live it would take a few months of not cleaning glass to reach such a level of dirtiness.rnThe water pressure was very low. When the water handle was directed up, the pressure was barely able to push water out.rnThe room looked like a larger flat split into two rental units. The dividing wall was not soundproof, which would have been very useful, as in the other part of the flat there was a child crying for their mother constantly.rnThere was an extra 3.3% charge on top of the Booking.com price when paying by card. This information was not available prior to booking — it was sent as a WhatsApp message after the room was already booked.rnThe room was somewhat small, even for one person. It is hard to see where two people would store their luggage.
Positive points: Location was really good to see fireworks with view to Kissing Bridge, I also enjoyed the pool at the top
Negative points: We arrived early in the morning at 10:00 so waited check-in untill 14:00, early check-in wasn't possible please take into account this
Positive points: Amazing jaw dropping view. Bed , pillow and couch all comfortable for a family. Spectacular cleaning. Very nice that you can access bathroom from the main room and through kitchen. Very functional apartment. Amazing that we can clean our clothes also during our stay. Close to everything. Highly recommended!! Will come back.

Positive points: Phòng có đầy đủ tiện nghi để mọi người sử dụng, từ thiết bị bếp đến đồ dùng cá nhân đều rất rất đầy đủ
Negative points: Chẳng có gì để chê ở đây cả.
Positive points: View ngắm hoàng hôn và pháo hoa 10 điểm. Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, vị trí thuận tiện đi khám quá xung quanh
