Positive points: the location is very close to my destination (SICC), the bed was comfy
Negative points: the lights in the room is too dark, it's better to have a brighter light especially when we spend more time in the room

Positive points: Facilities, value for money, location. The room spacious and it has big window. They have aromatherapy in the room. Sheets and towels clean.
Negative points: Less amenities - only toothpaste, soap and shampoo. The bathroom seems less maintenance.

Positive points: Location is just in a walking distance to the SICC, the concert's venue, which is the main purpose of visiting Sentul on that day.. The staffs were also helpful and kind, and even let us to check in early.. really appreciate that

Review: Walking distance to SICC, near cafe and restaurant. Offer free bicycle ride and table tennis. Pleasant staff and nice view from high floor (7th to 8th floor) with Mount Salak and Mount Gede.
Positive points: the location. receptionist team is helpful. nice touch of providing raincoat
Negative points: as that night is very busy, it was chaos ata restaurant area. suggest harris hotel to be more prepared when anticipating big events and high traffic visitors
