Review: Begitu mengesankan kalau menginap disini. Sudah menjadi langganan kalau tiap liburan pasti ke hotel harris. Apalagi anak dan istri suka ke harris utk swimmingpool dan foto

Positive points: If you looking for a hotel for a business or leisure individual, couple, or family the Harris Hotels and Convention Malang is probably the best option among other hotels. The hotel is very convenient for kids and elder people. The hotel provides standard room amenities and breakfast menus. The room was clean and comfy room, with enough space for our luggage. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered decent price including additional breakfast for adults and/or kids. Special breakfast price for kids amazed me where other hotel does not have much for this option.
Negative points: The cleanliness in the restaurant and public area rest room. Staff shortages can have a serious impact, affecting guests' satisfaction. So, please make sure your hotel staffs taking quick action and do not wait until the guests asking for cleaning the dining area and public area rest room.

Positive points: The surriounding environment is nice. The facility aligned with a 4-star.
Negative points: I think overall it's overpriced. Especially for breakfast price, the variety and taste didn't meet our expectation. There were power disruptions, though it was just a few seconds. And I couldn't believe hot water in shower room almost didn't work when I used it late at night.

Positive points: The villa are very large and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and very big and nicely decorated living room at the ground floor. Two bathrooms. rnThe villas have 24 hour surveillance.rnGood breakfast with Indonesian and European options.

Positive points: Nothing
Negative points: I have ordered a room that can smoke, but when I arrived at the location the receptionist did not want to provide a room according to the order that could smoke, broken old and dirty room interior.
Review: Very nice and quite hotel, with greeny around you. Need more room with balcony and change the ice glass with clear glass so the guest can enjoy the view around the hotel

Negative points: The food wasnt in good preparation, the location was far from the center, and their services. I have a food delivery but they cant help me to deliver it to the room.
Positive points: Good location and convenient, lot of breakfast selection, food taste good.
Negative points: Location too far from lobby, personal car cannot enter villa.
