Positive points: Very appreciative of the early check in, super clean rooms and comfy beds.
The host was very helpful and kind.
Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, spas etc nearby.
We loved the proximity to The Lantern Lady!

Positive points: Above a tailor shop which we made use of after strong bargaining Very happy with the clothes they made and laundry they did. Liked the area, close to the market and away from the busiest tourist areas but not too far to interesting sights and the river. The lampshade making down an alley to the left of the hotel was brilliant. The most patient nice lady.

Review: Propert was very neat, beddings were clean. small window on room with not so much view. Advantage was location that you can walk to night market and central area. Although we didn't got bicycle to ride as always it was not available but i guess they had option of shared bicycle. We didn't got any water for our room but can pirchase from nearby marts. having homestay above a tailor shop is hard that everytime you pass and don't want to purchase anything from owner shop. We got enter late night , entrance was without any issues ,motor cycle was parked by owner inside for safety. Overall nothing much i expected from room except cleanliness so it was decent, but any other services not so sure.

Positive points: Location and price were both great! The bed was really comfortable, and our room was huge. The balcony was nice as well. Our hosts booked transportation from Da Nang Station to the hotel for us at a really good price. We were able to check-in early and store our luggage for quite a while after checking out.

Review: Few minutes walk to old town and everything else. The owners are lovely!

Review: The hostess and host are very friendly. The room is tidy and clean, and it's very convenient to walk to the Old Quarter. It was raining when we arrived, but it was still easy to walk around.

Positive points: Good facilities, full hot water, friendly host, great central location, easy to eat and drink, coffee, there is a tailor downstairs that makes very nice clothes. I will definitely come back

Review: This was my second stay here. I returned to have clothes made by their excellent tailors and to enjoy the sweet ambience of their home. Clothes were perfect and hospitality really moving. Right in the Old City but a bit removed from the chaos. I wouldn’t think of starting anywhere else. Don’t hesitate!

Positive points: The hosts were very warm and welcoming. There is also a tailor shop downstairs (they’ve been in business for 30yrs). So you can easily get some clothes made very quickly.
