Review: Carpet on the walkway is very old and dusty but inside the room is clean. Staffs are very nice (especially a guy who can speak Thai )
Positive points: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room, linen, toilet, evrything was clean.
Negative points: Room was tiny, too tiny.

Negative points: Soundproof is absolutely the WORST. I've stayed at many hotels before but I've never been at a place this bad in terms of soundproofing. You could literally hear everything from everywhere...
Positive points: Clean. I like how they thrown the rubbish every day.
Negative points: The heater is working but not working at the same time. At night, it's so noisy because there were people laughing since our room was near the reception.
Review: Rooms were bigger than expected. At first, we were worried that there were no windows but it was okay since we spent most of our days outside, really just using the hotel to sleep and shower.
Positive points: Very close to metro station .
Negative points: Long wait for hot water, lightbulbs were flickering from time to time .

Positive points: Location good for MRT and bus access. Nice staff. Good price for location. Shower was amazing.

Review: Daily routine of cleaning the rooms. The room is too small compare to the picture. When someone used the toilet, the smell comes out. No exhaust fan inside the bathroom. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and facilities. I just wish they have a weighing scale to cater tourists heading back home.

Negative points: Bugs in rooms, cigarettes smell, mold everywhere, even on floor, no soundproofing at all
Review: Had to fight two cockroaches at the same time in the toilet with just a shower head and soap bottle.
Positive points: Room was clean.
Negative points: Airconditioning was not cold despite setting it to 20 degrees. Sounds from neighboring rooms could be heard. Television was grainy with only local free-to-air channels.
Review: Close to lavender and bandermeer stations. Very convenient to the city or eastern suburbs. Has supermarket and many place to eat nearby. The price is a good deal. Has wi-fi, hot water.

Review: Wonderful place, peaceful.
Positive points: The location was very convenient as it’s near the mrt and bus stop. The staff was kind and the place was neat and easy to find.
Negative points: We had a cockroach problem during the last two nights. Our room had an open drain so during the day cockroaches would enter. After the first incident, the staff was quick to help solve the problem. However, it happened again the next day and we asked to change rooms on the last night. They were understanding and allowed us to change rooms. Other than that, the stay was great!
