Review: I always have a long way to go in serving the staff here. Many of them are not very sincere and do not want to help the hotel with enthusiasm.
Review: I ordered one room on the app, but upon checking in I received a different room of a lower class. Quite disappointing.

Review: The hotel has a good location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. However, the amenities and quality of the room do not match the price paid for the rental. The room is quite cramped, a score of 4 out of 10 is still a bit high!
Review: Convenient but the yellow light is a bit difficult for the little one, the air conditioner takes a long time to cool down the TV doesn't have YouTube.

Review: Located in a hard-to-find area. The price is relatively reasonable, and the amenities are okay. It's close to the hospital, making it convenient to take the child for check-ups.
Positive points: A staff picked up and carried my luggage up to my room when I checked in
Negative points: The room is small with not much amenities, wifi signal is so weak so I couldn't work. The receptionist guy's attitude was very strange when I came to check in. Housekeeping staff kept making noise just right outside of my room but no one came clean my room during my stay. Guests from other rooms also made noise

Negative points: Trên app đã xác nhận đặt phòng nhưng khi đến nơi nhận phòng thì bảo hết phòng, không nhận khách. Bảo do lỗi của bên Booking, họ báo hết phòng mà bên Booking còn nhận. 10h tối còn phải đi tìm chỗ nghỉ vì sự thiếu chuyên nghiệp như vậy.nSẽ ko sử dụng app này để booking và cả ko bao giờ đặt phòng tại KS này.
